The Brain-Gut Connection: Unlocking Cognitive Health

Join us virtually for a discussion on how brain health and gut health are more related than you might think.

Dr. Marsha Seidelman will discuss the gut-brain connection, the microbiome – what it is, why it is important, and how you can improve your gut health to improve your cognition.
